We are moving to Pensacola on Saturday! Daddy got a new job in Perfusion at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola so we are moving! I've visited a few times, but I've never lived there before so we'll have to see how it is as a permanent residence. It should be pretty nice living in the same town (and house) as my grandparents and relatives. Mommy and Daddy seem really excited too. So this will probably be my last post from the great state of Georgia.

I am really enjoying being a toddler!! I have become, what Mom and Dad like to call, a "wild child." There are so many things that I can get into! I also lose my balance alot when I'm running around the house and tend to bump my head quite a bit. I'm a tough kid though, so it doesn't hurt.. much. My favorite word is still Momma then followed by Dadda, Ball, Bob, Baba, Babe, and Gog (my way of saying Dog). Taking the dogs for a walk is awesome. I love to hold the leash, even though they are way to strong for me! I like to carry the leashes around the house too!! It's also alot of fun to do Indian calls.. you know, making to oooohhh sound while tapping your hand to your mouth!

Well that's about it! I've posted some pictures from my baptism on March 14th and my Daddy's friend Tyler's wedding that same day.. that was a blast! There's a couple of me hanging out in the sun on nice day too. OK, see you in Florida!!

Doc and Mary's

Here are a few pics from Doc and Mary's house in Alexandria, Louisiana. They had us over for breakfast on Saturday while we were there for Clint and Lindsay's wedding. It was a fun time and the pancakes were delicious! I love the pictures that Doc's camera takes, but for the amount of money it costs, they better be good!! Well, as soon as we get our camera cord back, I'll post some more pics. Daddy left it in Pensacola!

Monkey Joe's

Been trying to post this entry for weeks, but I'm having trouble uploading more pictures and videos right now. So here is what I have so far. Sorry for the delay!

So today was Daddy's birthday. He turned 28! For his birthday he wanted to bring me to Monkey Joe's to play around for a while and then go out to dinner. I guess they finally thought I was big enough to go play on everything! I've been big enough for a long time guys!! I couldn't wait because I knew it was going to be a blast.... and it sure was! I played with Mommy and Daddy and met some really nice other little kids too! There were twins there that were celebrating there birthday like Daddy... they turned 1, so there were all born on Feb. 3rd! Then we had a nice dinner at Olive Garden with the gift cards from Gma and Gpa Serley. Thanks guys! So here are some pics and a couple videos. Later taters!

I've been so busy playing and getting big that I keep forgetting to keep you guys posted with my new pics and videos! I'm sorry! Well, I'm starting to walk some now. Quite a few steps from spot to spot, but nothing real long distance yet. But I'm getting there though! You can see what I can do in these videos I'm posting. I really enjoy walking around with somebody holding my hand and helping me balance.

We also had a fun time at the park the other day. It was a little cold but it was still nice. We brought Mocha and Buddy too. They had a great time walking and sniffing everything.

And then there are a couple pics Mommy took while I was playing with one of mommy's hats that she had as a baby!

Just got back from our traditional New Years Eve Dinner at Chili's (we have decided that might be a new tradition for us now) and we just wanted to say Happy New Year to everybody and to wish you and yours a healthy and prosperous 2009. I can't believe 2008 is over already! Well you know 2009 is going to be a big year for me... it's going to be the year I walk (more than a step or two), talk, and turn 2 years old! So you better watch out!

Christmas

What a great Christmas!! We went to Pensacola on the 23rd because Daddy was able to get off work a day early, so we had plenty of time to travel and visit. We had a big Christmas Eve party at Gramma and Papa Camps' house that was a lot of fun. There were lots of friends and family there, which means tons of food! I had fun seeing everybody and eating the really good food. Marty actually proposed to Aunt Katie at the party too so that was really exciting! Then it was Christmas morning. We were at Gma and Gpa Serley's house, so when I got up we started tearing into the presents. Aunt Katie and 'Uncle' Jon were there too. I really liked ripping the paper and trying to eat it! I especially like the shiny bows!! I got a lot of toys and things to play with.. and a Cabbage Patch doll that I like to hug and kiss. Then it was over too Gramma and Papa Camps' house for more presents! Katie and Marty were there and we jumped right into tearing open more gifts.. I got way too much stuff! The kitchen that Gramma Camps got me is awesome! I love opening and closing the fridge! Needles to say, both Mommy and Daddy got sick Christmas Eve and were pretty much worthless the whole weekend... thanks guys. I'm glad we were in Pensacola were my Grandparents were able to watch me and keep me from getting sick! Well, I had a great Christmas and I hope everyone else did too!!

But with the temps. in the 70's right now, I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. Plus the fact that we will be in Pensacola for Christmas makes it pretty tough. Anyways... Thanks to the self-timer on the digital camera, we were able to get a family picture in front of the Christmas tree. After a few attempts, Daddy finally wasn't moving and Mommy wasn't blinking. Of course I looked perfect every time! Merry Christmas!

My First Birthday

So, on Friday, I turned ONE YEAR OLD!! Can you believe it?? My first year went by so fast!

We headed to Pensacola on Friday afternoon to be home with friends and family for my first birthday. Then we actually had my birthday party on Saturday afternoon with everyone at Gramma and Papa Camps' house. It was very nicely decorated with a "Wild Kingdom" theme. I had lots of presents and it was a blast opening them. I especially enjoyed hugging and kissing the boxes with the pictures of other little babies on them!! Then it was time to get into the cakes. I had my own little cake while everyone else had the big cake. It was a monkey cake; pink frosting with a monkey and bananas on it. Just because I'm a little monkey!! I was a little apprehensive at first, but as soon as I got that first taste of the sweet frosting there was no stopping me! Mommy let me dig right in and get really messy!

After that I played with some of my new toys and spent some time with the friends and family. Thanks to everyone who came and gave me a birthday present and to those who wished my a happy birthday online. Here are some pics in a slide show and a couple videos. Enjoy!

Thanksgiving and Fantasy in Lights..

and today is Mommy's birthday! Happy Birthday Mommy!!

I had a very nice 1st Thanksgiving. G-Ma and G-Pa Serley, Aunt Katie and soon-to-be Uncle Jon were here to visit (yes, they got engaged two weeks ago!). We had a nice day of cooking and watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade while the boys were out at the golf course. Once the food was ready, I was ready to dig in. The turkey and everything was deee-lish! It was really nice sitting around the big table and enjoying everybody's company.

Then Friday, we went to the Fantasy in Lights at Callaway Gardens. We rode a trolly through the woods of Callaway looking at the thousands of lights. It was beautiful! I really liked the music and the Twelve Days of Christmas. The only drawback was the rain, but everybody made sure I stayed dry! GPa let me fall asleep a little bit on his shoulder towards the end. Hello everybody! I can't believe it, but I'll be 1 year old in 11 days! The countdown is on!

I'm not walking yet. I can stand for a couple seconds all by myself, but then I just like to sit down and crawl. It's alot less complicated. I've got 4 teeth right now, with a 5th pushing through on the top next to my left one. I still love to get into pretty much anything Mommy and Daddy let me. Especially drawers and doors, or going under the coffee table, end tables, and kitchen/dining room chairs!

Here a some recent pics. It's hockey season and I can finally fit into my Sabres outfit that Unlce Rick and Aunt Jeannine gave me, just in time! And then I got into the paper towels when Mommy was cleaning up a little spill. You better watch out, I'm quick!

My First Halloween

For Halloween on Friday night, I dressed up as a pink Snow Leopard. I know it's not scary, but it was cute and that's what I was going for! Although I couldn't stand wearing those gloves for paws! I had fun watching the neighborhood kids walk up and down the street Trick-or-Treating. They were making a lot of noise and laughing, so I was laughing with them. We also spent some time with our neighbors across the street. After that, we stayed outside for a little while and played in the grass. It was a fun first Halloween!

This past weekend I went to Syracuse with Mommy and Daddy! We went because Daddy wanted to go to a perfusion conference and, since Mommy and I had never been there before, we thought it was as good a time as any to go. We got there on Friday around noon and it was cold. Around 50 during the day and at night it was in the 20's. We stayed with Daddy's good friend John Kleis in Cicero. I had fun crawling all over his house. It was really nice. Thanks again John! I was also able to spend some time with Aunt Jane, Uncle Gary, Amy and Amanda up at their house in Constantia. We played around inside and walked around outside and down to Scriba Creek. It was great meeting them and playing around in the living room! I also went over the O'Dell's new house. Jeff and Diane had recently finished building it and it's really nice. I met Shane and Jen too. There were a lot of people there for a party so I was ready play! Then on Sunday we went to the Pumkin Patch in Cicero. They had a Corn Maze, a Hayride and places where you stick you head in and take your picture. We had a blast! From there we met Uncle Alan, Aunt Jackie, Megan, and Monica at Hafner's for a late lunch. I last saw them on the 4th of July, so it was nice to see them again. Then on Monday before we left, we took a ride and spent some time in North Constantia at the old Serley Homestead and the area around there. Daddy showed me where he grew up playing baseball and basketball with his friends. He walked me around the old ball field and up Spookey Hill, and over to the back side where it is steeper. That's where all of those leaves were! For some reason he was crying a lot, I'm not really sure why. He was telling me a lot about my Great Grampa Serley. But it's really nice up there; quiet, lots of space, no busy roads and the leaves were really pretty! It was Mommy's first time up there too. She really enjoyed seeing where Daddy comes from. We also saw the Chick's house across the street, Great Gramma and Grampa's old house next door, and we drove up to the Chick's new house in Parish that Grampa built. Really nice, and big!! From there, we took a little trip to Central Square, had lunch at Jreck Subs, saw Paul V. Moore High School, then headed off to the airport. A quick trip, but it was great! Here are some pics!

Sunday Night at the Fair

On Sunday evening, Mommy and Daddy took me to the Columbus Fair. Being my first time to a fair, I didn't really know what to expect. But as we got out of the car and made it closer to the fairgrounds, I began to smell the funnel cakes, cotton candy, saugages, and pizza, and I knew this was going to be cool! Then I saw all of the people and all of the rides with the flashing lights. Lots of cool sounds and loud music for me to bounce around in my stroller and bang my arms too. Needless to say, this was quite an experience for me! As we strolled around the fair, Mommy saw this funny little game where you have to guess what color hole on the outside of a big wheel, kinda like Wheel of Fortune, that a little mouse (a real mouse!) was going to run and fall into! After watching a few rounds, Mommy wanted to play. So we placed four quarters out on the board and the lady tossed the mouse into the wheel and he went into the Cream color hole, which was one that we picked! So we won and Mommy picked out that pink fishy for me! Isn't that cool!?!? After that we made it over to the kiddie rides. The only one I could ride was the carousel. Mommy got on it with me, while Daddy took a video and some pictures. It was alot of fun and pretty scary too! That thing went around really fast! I also went down one of those long wavy slides with Daddy. I wasn't really sure what to think of that, but it was fun! Then it was getting late and time to head home. I really enjoyed my first time at the Fair! Check out this video and some pics!!

Some Fun Times..

The past couple weeks have been pretty fun times for me. I've been doing a lot of stuff. Grandma and Grampa Serley were here two weeks ago to visit and put down the tile floor in the kitchen. Grampa did a great job and worked his butt off for us, and Daddy helped a little bit wherever he could. We love the new floor! Since then, I've been getting into pretty much everything around the house. I'm still pulling up all over the place and standing really well. I can stand by myself, not holding anything for a few seconds too! Still don't know when I'm going to be walking though. Last week Mommy and Daddy took me to Cooper Creek Park to play on the playground. As you can see from the pictures I had a lot of fun on the slide, the swings and in the tunnel! I even met a little boy who wanted to be my boyfriend so he was giving me hugs and kisses! He was really nice! Mommy has also let me get into some of the stuff in the bottom of the pantry. Check me out with the Coke can and empty box of noodles. Don't worry, Mommy is supervising me so I'm not going to get into the cleaning supplies or anything that will hurt me. I've also got some more teeth coming in... the one on the top left is almost all the way! The one next to it on the top is ready to break through and on the bottom, one is barely out and another is pushing through! I love to hang upside down, so we thought that would be a good way to get a shot of my teeth!! Well that's pretty much it for the past couple weeks... Have a good weekend everybody!

Hey everybody! Reese, aka Reesie Bear , Reester, Reesie Poo, Silly Willy, Stinky Winky, Scooby Doo, Sweetie Peetie, Bunny, Bunny Bear, Bebe Skee, Wild Woman, Monkey, Huggie Bear, checkin in. (Yeah I know mom and dad give me way to many nicknames) A few weeks ago me and mommy went to Pensacola to keep Grandma Camps company while she recovered from her knee surgery. We did lots of fun things as you'll see in the pictures. Me, mommy and Aunt Katie Serley went to the beach for the first time and it was awesome. The waves kinda startled me though! I also went swimming in Grandma Camps pool, and spent plenty of time crusing around the couch. We also visited lots of family and friends, and the week flew by, then it was time to go home to see daddy! He missed us lots! So besides that I've just been crawling around the entire house, it's lots of fun to get mom and dad to chase me, and of course I'm a pro at crusing around the couch and coffee table. I have a sweet new highchair so I can sit at the table like a big girl. Still waiting on my tooth to come in, you can see the corner of it, so hopefully the rest will come down soon. The Long Wait is Over..

Well it's been well over a month since I've posted anything new for you guys, and I apologize for that. You can blame it on my Daddy. He said I was spending too much time on the computer and needed to give it a break! What a meannie! Well I'm back now and here's the update: I'm crawling all over the place and pulling up on everything. I can stand really good holding onto the furniture, foot stools, coffee table, basically anything I can get my hands on. I even like to show off and let one hand off to look around behind me. Then I like to shimmy around to the other side of the footstool or move down the couch a little ways. I've learned how to let myself sit down easy instead of falling, and I can lean over and pick up toys really easy too! I still don't have any teeth, but it looks like my upper ones might be pushing through real soon. Here are a couple videos from about a month or so ago, but they are funny. And don't worry, I was ok after the fall in the second one. I am so much better at pulling up now! As you can see in the picture towards the bottom. Well there you go. Enjoy!

Tennessee

So we were back for five days and then it was off to Tennessee for the 4th of July and the Serley Reunion! We got there on Wednesday night and it was straight to Uncle Tom's and the party. Everybody was already there, having a great time, consuming quite a few adult beverages. It was nice to finally meet the rest of my family from TN and NY. They all thought I was the cutest thing ever! I spent most of the time at Uncle Tom and Aunt Chris' house, either in the pool, sleeping on someone's shoulder or in the house playing around on the floor. And the pool was the best! I absolutely loved it! Splashing around, kicking my feet and talking was so much fun! It's a little bit better than the kiddie pool Mommy and Daddy have for me! Aunt Katie even got me some sweet sunglasses! They helped my eyes so much! The party on the 4th was fun too. We had some great barbecue by the "Grill Master" Uncle Alan, and then watched some awesome fireworks that Uncle Tom got. They were practically professional! Daddy and cousin Zach had a blast shooting them off. Then after the fireworks, we had a nice little surprise for Gramma and Grampa. Their 30th Anniversary is this September, but since everyone was together for the 4th, Daddy and Aunt Katie planned a little suprise party for them. Aunt Katie put together an awesome collection of old pictures in a slide show with Billy Joel's "Just the Way You Are." I think everybody in the room was crying. Then we had some cake that Uncle Bob and Aunt Dee helped us get. It was really nice. Then they started up the Rock Band again, and even though it was soo loud, I slept right through it on Mommy's lap. I was wore out! Overall, it was a great trip. Meeting everyone was so special and I can't wait to see them again! Here's a video of me and Grampa playing in the pool and some pictures of the trip!

Well we made it to Oklahoma and back all in one piece! I had my first flight on an airplane and I did awesome! It was a lot of fun on the plane. I got to play with a bunch of stuff and look at a lot of people. I like to smile at them and then they smile back at me. It's fun! We had a great time in Oklahoma with Caleb, Toni, Cheyenne, Mia, and Merrick too! Their house is really nice and they had tons of cool toys. I loved to play in Mia's old Exersaucer! It's really windy out there, so I liked being outside with the wind blowing in my hair. We went to Pops Diner on Route 66 and then to the Round Barn, it was closed so we just saw the outside. Didn't do too much else except hang out and play with my cousins! It was Aunt Toni's birthday when we got there on Monday so we had a little party for her and it's Papa's birthday on July 4th so we had some cake for him too before we left!! It was partytime! Well, I just want to say thanks again to Uncle Caleb and Aunt Toni, Cheyenne, Mia, and Merrick for having us. We had a great time!! Next time I'll be big enough to play on that sweet swingset with Mia and Merrick! Here's a little slide show of some pictures of the trip. Enjoy!

On a jet plane.... So, tomorrow morning, Mommy, Daddy and I will be going to Oklahoma to visit Toni, Caleb, Cheyenne, Mia, and Merrick! Gramma and Grampa Camps will be going too. We are actually on the same flight from Atlanta to Lawton, so that should be fun! It's going to be my first time in an airplane. I'm kinda scared, but Mommy and Daddy say it's not too bad. I think Mommy is more nervous about flying than me! Well, wish us luck! I'll let you know how the trip went when we get back on Friday. Here are a few pics from the last couple weeks....

Another day near 100 degrees here in Georgia, so Mommy and Daddy got the kiddie pool out for me again. This time with my bathing suit! I've had it for a couple weeks now, just hadn't been out in the pool with it on yet. I love splashing around in the water with Mommy, although I don't look to enthusiastic in these pictures. Memorial Day Weekend

This past weekend was pretty fun. GMa, GPa Serley and Jack came up on Saturday, after their Tahoe broke down in Opelika and needed a new radiator! But after that was settled, it was a nice weekend. Spent some time sticking my tongue out at GPa, singing with GMa and had some fun with Mommy in my baby pool! It was hot outside so the pool was refreshing. I just need a stinkin' bathing suit! What the heck Mom and Dad?!?!?!

Carrot Time

Sorry it's been a while since my last post. I've been busy growing up and forgot to keep you guys updated. Oops! Well, I'm rolling over all the time. Trying to crawl but I just can't get it. I wiggle my legs, but nothing happens, so I just get mad. I'm making a lot of funny noises, laughing and getting really loud sometimes. And Mommy calls me the biggest wiggle wart ever! I've been eating baby food pretty good too. I've had some carrots and bananas so far. It was weird at first, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Just gets a little messy though! Doctor Visit

Went for my 4-month checkup today, even though I'm over 4 and a half months, and everything checked out great! I got some more shots though, so that wasn't cool. I'm still kind of small for my age, but my doctor says I'm doing really well since I was a month early! I weighed 12 lbs. 13 ounces, and I was 24.5 inches tall. Thats 8 lbs. gained and 7 inches grown since my birthday! Funny thing is that my daddy was 24.5 inches when he was born!! Well, here are some pics from the other day when I was spending a few minutes outside. Enjoy!

Today, we took a little trip to meet up with GPa and GMa Serley, Uncle Rick, and our family friends, the Donovan's including their foreign exchange student Gabrielle (from Brazil!). The Donovan's had been staying with my grandparents in Pensacola for spring break, and Uncle Rick came down from Buffalo for a few days to visit. The Donovan's were heading back to Oswego, NY, so we took a drive over to the O'Charley's in Prattville, AL to meet them for lunch. It was right off I-65, so it was a convienient place to stop. It was the first time I got to meet Uncle Rick and the Donovan family!! Patrick and Maggie were in school so they didn't come down :( We had a fun time at O'Charley's and everybody got a chance to hold me. I got pretty tired towards the end but, overall I think I did pretty good. It was great seeing everyone!! Here are some pics of our day:

Hello all! Sorry it's been a while since my last post. Been kinda busy around here. Eating, sleeping, playing, and making noises can get pretty time consuming! The weekend before last GPa and GMa Serley came up for a visit. It was a fun weekend. We went to the bowling alley on Saturday. I was asleep at first but then the music came on pretty loud and it woke me up. I'm glad it did though because I got to see Daddy come back and win!! Then I watched a sweet game of 'Spades' Saturday night! We tried out the new Snugli carrier, but I didn't enjoy it very much. Maybe when I get a little bigger. This past weekend was quiet. Daddy was on call so we didn't go anywhere or do anything too special. Mommy went out and got me a Bumbo seat. Since I can hold my head up so good now, it's a nice little seat for me to learn how to sit up!

I am starting to copy Mommy and Daddy alot now though! I really like to make the motorboat sound with my really drooly mouth! Just today I started copying Daddy's "Grrrrrrr" sound. It was funny! Maybe Daddy will get it on video one of these times!

A Big Weekend

This past weekend, we packed up the car (left the stinky dogs at home with our house sitter) and headed to Mommy's cousin's wedding in Vero Beach, FL. We left on Thursday night and stopped in Lake City to break the trip up a little bit. It was about half way. I got to stay in my first hotel! It was the luxurious Red Roof Inn!! It was clean, new, and smelled good so that's all that mattered. We met Gramma and Grampa Camps there so we could all drive together on Friday to Vero Beach. In all, it was about a seven and a half hour drive and Mommy and Daddy said I was a trooper! I love sleeping on long trips! When we got there, I got to meet my Great Oma (Grampa Camps' mom) for the first time! She is soo nice. I really liked her house. It's the same one that Grampa Camps grew up in! Isn't that cool?!? Aunt Cathy, Ridge, Aunt Connie and Uncle Bill were there too! We went out to eat Friday night and a cool place called Captain Hirem's. It was a really long night for me and boy was I ready to go to sleep when we got in the car. Saturday was the day of the wedding and it was really beautiful. My first wedding too! Heather looked really pretty and Sean did a good job. My second cousin Aubrey was in the wedding and looked soo cute! She got Baptised at the end too! I was able to meet her later at the reception. I hope we get the chance to play together as we grow up!! The wedding was outside down near the beach and it was a beautiful day. Overall, it was a great trip. Everybody was so nice. I'm really glad I got to meet all of my family on my Mommy's side! Here are some pictures from the weekend... Enjoy!

2-Month Doctor Visit (New Stats too!)

Today, I had my 2-month checkup with Dr. Cheek. First off, I got weighed and measured again and I am now 20 and 3/4 inches and I weighed in at 9 pounds 13 ounces! So I've pretty much gained 5 pounds since I was born! Thats double my weight baby!! Dr. Cheek was very proud of me! She then did a quick physical exam, which I passed with flying colors! But then came the bad part... :( I had to get shots. Boo! The nurses came in and, with Mommy and Daddy there holding my hand, stuck me five times both thighs and gave my one vaccination by mouth. That was not fun. I cried alot. Really loud too. I even had my first tears. Mommy and Daddy were sad too. But Mommy was quick to comfort me with a little feeding which really helped calm me down. Overall I think I did really well! But all I got were these stinking Band-Aids. Check 'em out! (Daddy thinks they're cute)

I guess it made it quicker, but it was definitely not cool making both of my legs hurt! What the heck is up with that?!?!

Gramma and Grampa Serley Weekend

Last weekend, I was visited by G+G Serley. We went to Smokey Bones again since there's no longer one in Pensacola and on Saturday we took them to Sushiko. Daddy loves the Hibachi Grill! We had a great time! Went for a nice walk too! Here are some pics, along with a few other random shots.

It's been a couple days and I'm sure you're tired of seeing the snow and Daddy's mug on my page, so here are some new pics of me and Mommy and Daddy. We were just messing around watching TV last night. Check me out!

Also, Mommy and I went to a New Mother's class today and we had a fun time. We saw a couple other babies, all of them were older than me except one. They were crawling, running around and making a bunch of noise! I just sat there and watched, but I can't wait until I can do all of that stuff!! I also found out that I weigh about 8 lbs 6 oz and I'm a little over 20 inches!

We are back in Columbus now. Got back yesterday afternoon, and now there is a chance for snow here! It looks like we are just going to get some freezing rain tonight though. Although the line of snow is getting really close! By the time it gets here, it doesn't look like there will be any moisture left. So we are stuck with 35 degree rain, yuk!

Well, after a lot of packing and getting ready to leave Columbus, we finally got on the road headed to Pensacola. We got here Friday night and we'll be here until next Friday (Daddy is going to a conference for work in Winter Park, Colorado for a few days). It was a pretty good trip; I slept the whole time! Now I'm finally getting the chance to meet all of my family in Pensacola. Great Gramma Serley held me last night and I could tell she was loving it! Aunt Katie and 'Uncle' Jon were here too. Tonight I'm going to meet my Great Gramma Bucci and Great-Great Gramma Smythe along with Uncle Toni and a bunch of other family. Great-Great Gramma turned 97 yesterday! What a year 2007 was. I know I'm only 26 days old, but 2007 was the best year so far!! Especially because it's the year I was born! So to celebrate New Years Eve, Mommy, Daddy and I went to Chili's tonight for dinner. It was really good. I had a nice surprise in store for Mommy when she took me to the bathroom to change my shirt!! Now we are home and going to watch the Ball drop pretty soon, just our little family. My First Christmas!

I'm 20 days old today and it's my first Christmas, but I slept right through it! Here's a picture just to prove it! Mommy and Daddy opened all the presents, including mine. Look at the piles of stuff!

I just got a few things since I've been getting stuff pretty much everyday since I was born. I got a really nice pack of books from Aunt Toni and the gang, and a cute Christmas outfit from Great Grandma Bucci. Gramma Camps got me a great swing before she left last week!

Went to the doctor for my two week check-up yesterday. Everything looks really good. They say I am 18 1/4" and I weigh 5 lbs 12 oz! I guess the lactation lady's scale was a little off. The doctor said their scale is very accurate. So I'm growing fast!

After Mommy and I had a great meeting with our Lacation Specialist 'Donna', we met Daddy and Grampa at Smokey Bones for some lunch. Donna said I did great and was able to get 38 mL with a little help from Mommy and the nipple shield! It's hard work for me, but I'm getting the hang of it I think! She also said I weigh 5 pounds and 6 ounces today. That's 12 ounces gained since coming home!

Today, Grampa Serley drove up from Pensacola with my new furniture to go in my nursery. He made it all my himself just for me (carefully inspected and sponsored my Gramma Serley)! And it is so beautiful! It matches my crib perfectly! Check out these pics of my room all finished!
